Interventional Procedures — Interventional radiologists specialize in minimally invasive, targeted treatments using image guidance with MRI, CT, Ultrasound and X-ray. They offer in-depth knowledge of a wide-range of procedures including, but not limited to:
Billiary Drainage, Chest Tube Placement, Embolization, Image-Guided Biopsies and Port Placement.

Pain Management — Pain Management Injections utilize image guidance to insert a needle containing local anesthetic and steroids, directly into a source of pain. Providing relief that can last for months, common Pain Management Injections include Nerve Root Blocks, Epidural Steroid, Extremity Joint, Facet Joint and Sacroiliac Joint Injections.

Vascular Intervention — Many early procedures established by interventional radiologists were used to diagnose and treat disorders of the blood vessels. Vascular Interventional procedures are used to open clogged arteries and to preserve the integrity of weakened or blocked blood vessels. Often vascular interventional procedures do not require hospitalization and can be performed under local anesthesia.

Vein Center Procedures — Varicose veins develop through a combination of weakened vein walls and faulty valves. In the past, the only way to get rid of varicose veins was through surgical vein stripping, which was painful and resulted in lengthy recovery. Thanks to The Vein Center's advanced medical lasers, getting rid of unwanted veins is now safe and easy. This outpatient procedure is done right in our office and only takes about one hour.
