Carolyn Koglin is the Human Resource and Administrative Assistant for Regional Diagnostic Radiology. Carolyn has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Communications with an emphasis in Human Resource Management, from the University of Minnesota Duluth. She provides HR and Administrative support to the business manager and staff. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare administration and billing, she has been an asset to RDR.
