Dr. Fines is the President of RDR. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a BA in Biophysics at The Johns Hopkins University and went to Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine receiving her MD in 1997. Dr Fines completed her Radiology residency at the University of Chicago Hospitals followed by a Musculoskeletal Fellowship at Wake Forest University. Dr. Fines joined RDR in 2003 and has become a leader in quality control and MR imaging.
